New Peloton “Body Appreciation” Classes & Collection

Earlier this week, Peloton released a set of new “Body Appreciation” classes as well as a dedicated collection. This is a brand new class type for Peloton.

The class description for these classes reads: “Come as you are in this class meant to strengthen your relationship with your body through joyful movement.”

Six new classes dropped straight to the on demand library on September 27 across four modalities taught by three instructors. You can find the complete class list below:

As Christine states in the introduction to one of her classes, they are designed to “help you know you are appreciated, and to help you appreciate yourself.”

For those wondering, there is not a badge awarded for taking any of the classes.

As part of this, Peloton is also hosting a Body Appreciation panel at PSNY with Chelsea, Christine, and Ash.

In addition, Peloton has curated a dedicated collection with additional classes to browse. The “Body Appreciation Collection” contains 24 classes in multiple modalities: cycling, yoga, low impact cardio, and Tread content. The official collection description reads:

Celebrate all that your body can do with classes that meet you where you are. Each workout is an empowering invitation to find movement that works for you, complete with modifications for all body types.
