Peloton shared featured classes for the week of May 11 through May 17, 2026.
First up this week, a 30 minute Advanced Focus Flow: Floor Poses with Kirra Michel will be available on demand on Tuesday, May 12 @ 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

On Wednesday, May 13, a 45 minute Tread Bootcamp: 50/50 with Joslyn Thompson Rule will be available to take on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

If you have not taken a 50/50 Bootcamp format before, the class is split into half cardio and half strength portions but does not involve multiple switches between the Tread (or Bike/Row) and the floor for strength. So for a 45 minute class, you can expect the first ~22 minutes to be exclusively on the Tread, and the remaining ~22 minutes is the strength section.
On Saturday, May 16 at 10 AM ET (3 PM BST), Hannah Corbin has a live 30 minute Country Happy Hour Ride that is a special two-for-one class with Denis Morton.

Also this week, Greta Dopp has a live Pilates stack on Sunday, May 17. Hop on the mat at 7:30 AM ET (12:30 PM BST) for a 15 minute Pilates: Express, then hang around for a 10 minute Lower Body-focused Pilates class at 7:55 AM ET (12:55 PM BST).
