This Week At Peloton for March 11, 2024.

This Week at Peloton (Featured Peloton Classes) for March 11-17, 2024

Peloton has highlighted numerous upcoming classes via the weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post covering March 11-17, 2024.

First, there will be a new 45 minute Barre with instructor Ally Love on Wednesday, March 13 at 9:30am ET. This is Ally’s standard barre timeslot, but it will be the first time in more than a month that Peloton will offer a barre class at the 45 minute duration. This is part of Peloton’s ongoing Pulse Hour programming, which includes live barre and pilates content every week.

Note that the Instagram graphic says “9:30 PM” instead of “9:30 AM” – however, Ally commented on the post confirming that the class will take place at its normal time in the morning.

Next, instructor Charlotte Weidenbach is launching a new signature series called “Rockstalgia.” The classes will cover “a journey through time to the golden years of rock” and will be taught in German. The first class will take place live on Thursday, March 14 at 12:30pm ET.

In addition, Jess King will celebrate her 10th anniversary at Peloton with a special 30 minute Live DJ Ride on Friday, March 15 at 6:00pm ET. She will be joined by DJ John Michael for the occasion.

Peloton has historically celebrated some instructor anniversaries with their own specifically-labeled “anniversary” class – most recently with Ben Alldis and Leanne Hainsby in November 2023 – but other times the celebration is folded into an existing class. If you’re interested, Jess has a 7-Year Anniversary Ride available in the on-demand library.

Lastly, March 15 also marks World Sleep Day, which advocates proper sleep and brings awareness to common sleep issues. In observance, Peloton will premiere numerous new sleep meditations at 11:00pm across various time zones.

In case you missed it, Peloton recently split their “sleep” and “relaxation” meditation filters so that sleep meditation classes are easier to find with their own distinct filter.
