Peloton shared some featured classes people can take during the week of June 23 through June 29, 2025.
First up, expect to see new Benchmark Strength classes this week from five instructors: Callie, Ben, Rad, Katie, and Joslyn. These will all be saved in the Benchmark Strength class collection.

So far, three classes are available now to take on demand. Katie Wang’s 20 minute Full Body Strength Benchmark was released Monday, June 23 at 12 AM ET, and Ben Alldis’s 20 minute Bodyweight Strength Benchmark was released Tuesday, June 24 at 12 AM ET. On Wednesday, Rad Lopez’s 20 min Core Strength Benchmark was released. As with past Benchmark class releases, the remaining classes this week will likely be an Upper Body and Lower Body benchmark strength.

On Wednesday, June 25, new Scenic classes in Saas Valley, Switzerland and other locations will be available to take on demand at 10 AM ET on the Bike, Tread, and Row.

This weekend, Flow and Let Go with Aditi Shah on Saturday, June 28 with a live yoga and meditation stack. Aditi will have a 30 minute Flow & Let Go Yoga at 9:30 AM ET followed by a 10 minute Flow & Let Go Meditation at 10:10 AM ET.

Lastly, close out this week with Logan Aldridge on Sunday, June 29 with a live 20 minute Just Tabata cardio class at 10 AM ET.

Just Tabata is Logan’s signature cardio class, combining strength and conditioning with high-intensity tabata intervals.
