Progressive Push Ride with Robin, Long Run with Susie, Rock Yoga with Chelsea & Mariana, and New Full Body Stretches for This Week at Peloton (January 19 – January 25, 2026)

Peloton has shared another set of featured classes for the week of January 19-25, 2026.

First, Robin Arzón will teach a live 30 minute Progressive Push Ride on Tuesday, January 20 at 12 PM ET (5 PM GMT).

Progressive Push Rides are a specific class type where a set variable progresses in difficulty throughout the class. This can be time (progressively longer interval durations), resistance, or cadence. You can find these classes under Cycling (filter on class type: Progression), which will show Progressive Push Rides as well as Jess King’s Sweat Steady Rides. If you just want to find Progressive Push Rides, you can go to the class collection.

On Wednesday, January 21, a new outdoor Long Run from Susie Chan will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT). This will be a 60 minute outdoor Pop Run.

Don’t forget there is a Long Run class collection with some of Peloton’s 60 minutes and longer duration classes in one, easy-to-find place.

At the end of this week, there will be two opportunities to flow on the yoga mat to some rock music. On Sunday, January 25, Chelsea Jackson Roberts will teach a live 30 minute Advanced Beginner Rock Yoga Flow at 9:30 AM ET (2:30 PM GMT). Later that day, Mariana Fernández will teach a 30 minute Rock Yoga Flow at 12 PM ET (5 PM GMT).

Three new Full Body Stretch classes will also drop on demand throughout this week. Here are the class details:

  • 5 min. Full Body Stretch – Andy Speer – 1/19/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT)
  • 15 min. Full Body Stretch – Ben Alldis – 1/19/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT)
  • 20 min. Full Body Stretch – Logan Aldridge – 1/23/26 On Demand @ 12 AM ET (5 AM GMT)

Although not mentioned in Peloton’s “This Week” post, it appears there will also be classes to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Day in the U.S. which is Monday, January 19. Tunde Oyeneyin has a live 30 minute MLK Ride at 12 PM ET, and Chelsea Jackson Roberts will have a 30 minute MLK Yoga Flow and 10 minute MLK Meditation on demand Monday at 12 AM ET.
