Peloton has spotlighted numerous classes via the weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post covering April 29-May 5, 2024.
First, Ally Love taught a new Disney Ride on Monday, April 29. The class aired live at 7:40am ET and is now available in the on-demand library for all members to take. Peloton has held a number of Disney classes across various modalities in recent months. If you’re interested in Disney content, you can find a full list of Peloton Disney classes on our site.

Next, long-form running content enthusiasts will be pleased to hear that Peloton is adding a new 90 minute run to the schedule. Mariana Fernández will teach a 90 minute 2010s Run on Thursday, May 2 at 6:30pm ET.

This will be only the third 90 minute run available on the Peloton platform. Susie Chan taught the first 90 minute runs last year, but Peloton has not added any 90 minute runs since then. Mariana’s May 2 class will be her first 90 minute run on the Peloton platform.
In addition, Peloton has highlighted a new installment of Matty Maggiacomo’s signature Walk & Talk Series. The class will be 30 minutes in length and will air live on Wednesday, May 1 at 9:00am ET.

These classes discuss pop culture headlines throughout a walk on the Tread. Though Matty had been hosting these classes for some time, last September Peloton updated the class with an official name.
Finally, Peloton will release a new yoga anywhere class later this week. A 15 minute Chair Yoga with Aditi Shah will be released straight to the on-demand library on Thursday, May 2 at 10:00am ET.

Chair yoga takes place entirely in a seated position and is designed to be taken anywhere you have access to a chair – whether at home, the office, the airport, or somewhere else. If you’re interested in additional classes like this, there is a dedicated “yoga anywhere” filter in the yoga modality of the on-demand library so that you can easily see all of the available classes.
