Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of September 16-22, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram.
This week, there will be a new FTP test from Tunde Oyeneyin. Tunde’s new 10 minute Power Zone FTP (Functional Threshold Power) Warm Up Ride and 20 minute Power Zone FTP Test will be available on demand on Wednesday, September 18 at 12:00 AM ET. Tunde became one of Peloton’s newest Power Zone cycling instructors in November 2023. Since then, she typically teaches about one Power Zone Ride a month. However, these will be her first FTP tests available.

Next this week, Hannah Frankson will teach a new Peloton x Defected Records ride live on Friday, September 20. It will be a 30 minute Live DJ: Defected Records Ride out of Peloton Studios London featuring an exclusive live in-studio mix by DJ & Producer Monki. Count yourself in on the live schedule Friday at 2:30 PM ET (7:30 PM BST).

Peloton’s official collaboration with Defected Records launched earlier this year. You can see more about Ben’s Live DJ Defected Records ride here.
Also this week, Logan Aldridge will continue his Just Tabata signature class series. On Sunday, September 22 at 10 AM ET (3 PM BST), Logan will teach a new live 20 minute Just Tabata cardio class.
You may remember that Logan’s Just Tabata signature series first launched in early 2024. His first round of Just Tabata classes followed a traditional tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeating the moves 8 times through for a 4-minute block of work. Moves can include things like burpees, pushups, reverse lunges, squats, and others.
Peloton’s Instagram post said Logan’s Just Tabata classes will continue on Sunday mornings, so make sure to count yourself in on the live schedule.

Lastly, celebrate Oktoberfest with Peloton with new classes this weekend. Erik Jäger will teach a 30 minute Oktoberfest Ride live on Friday, September 20 in German. Then on Sunday, September 22, Assal Arian will teach a 20 minute Oktoberfest Intermediate Full Body Strength in German.

For the past three years, Peloton has awarded a special Oktoberfest badge for completing any of that year’s Oktoberfest classes. It’s not clear yet whether there will be a new 2024 Oktoberfest badge as well.
