Peloton instructor Jess King is starting 2026 with a treat for Members who enjoy her signature Sweat Steady cycling classes: nine classes over the course of three months designed as a cohesive training plan.
Jess shared the news via social media, writing in part:
🔥 SWEAT STEADY: A 9-RIDE TRAINING SERIES 🔥
This is a progressive endurance series built to help you do one thing really well:
hold strong, sustainable effort with confidence.
No chaos.
No random spikes.
Just intentional work that builds, week by week.
Sweat Steady is about learning how to stay in the effort, in your breath, and in your body even when things get challenging.
There will be a total of nine classes included in the training plan, some of which are already available. Classes are offered in a range of durations, with different focuses in each segment. You can find the complete class list below:
- 20 min. Sweat Steady: Low Impact Ride – Jess King – 1/2/26
- 60 min. Sweat Steady Ride (Benchmark) – Jess King – 1/9/26
- 30 min. Sweat Steady Ride (Support) – Jess King – 1/23/26

- 20 min .Sweat Steady: Low Impact Ride (Integration Ride) – Jess King – 3/27/2026

Note that this is not an official Peloton collection or training program, but rather, an unofficial class plan that Jess has designed for Members. Classes will need to be accessed individually through the on-demand library.
For those unfamiliar, Sweat Steady is one of Jess’ signature ride series that she launched on the Bike all the way back in 2018 (though note that due to routine class library maintenance, the most recent classes available date back to 2020). The class format focuses on long-form intervals, with steady state efforts at varying levels of difficulty. They are often rated some of the most challenging classes on the platform, particularly when offered at the 45 minute duration.
Jess also began teaching Sweat Steady classes on the Tread in 2024.
Jess assures Members who pursue this new training plan that they can expect to build stronger aerobic fitness, increase their ability to sustain challenging efforts, and develop better pacing and breath control. The structured progression helps improve recovery during hard work while strengthening the legs through steady climbs and grind-style efforts.
The benchmark rides will allow members to track their progress over the course of the plan. In between the benchmarks (and before), each ride will have a specific focus, and members will work on the individual parts they will encounter in the benchmark rides.
