Sun Salutations Program by Aditi Shah (Discover Yoga Week 1 on Peloton)

Peloton has released Week 1 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Sun Salutation” program, led by Aditi Shah.

Aditi Shah’s Sun Salutations program on Peloton is described as:

In Week 1, join Aditi to practice sun salutations and break down the components of a vinyasa flow.

One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.

Day 315 min Sun Salutation A – Aditi Shah – 9/16/24 @ 10:00am ET

Day 415 min Sun Salutation B – Aditi Shah – 9/16/24 @ 10:00am ET

Day 515 min Sun Salutations Flow – Aditi Shah – 9/16/24 @ 10:00am ET

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Aditi Shah’s Sun Salutations” Program

Day 1 – In this 10 minute intro, Aditi breaks down the components of a sun salutation.

Day 2 – In this 15 minute class, Aditi explores how we move from one pose to the next and how to find your alignment for chaturanga.

Day 3 – In this 15 minute class, Aditi leads you through multiple rounds of a sun salutation A.

Day 4 – In this 15 minute class, Aditi leads you through multiple rounds of a sun salutation B.

Day 5 – In the final class, flow with Aditi through multiple rounds of sun salutations.
