Peloton has announced a new class series with instructor Ben Alldis called “The Stronger You.” Peloton shared the news via the @PelotonStudios Instagram Stories, writing:
Every minute counts in this new 20 minute class series with Ben that combines strength and cardio for the ultimate quick-hit, full-body workout. Classes start Monday, May 6 at 6:30 AM ET | 11:30 AM BST.
The class description for the first class in the series reads:
Short on time? We’ve got you. Progress your fitness to a new level! Maximise your time and build your power in this one of a kind Strength & HIIT cardio workout!”

Ben also took to Instagram to share more details about the class plan and structure. The series will unfold with a total of six classes, each becoming available every other week. The bulk of the class will be full body strength – targeting lower body, upper body, and core – and will feature a HIIT cardio finisher at the end for a final burnout. Once all of the classes have aired they will be curated into a dedicated collection for members to access easily and revisit over time.
Note that Ben already has two programs with this name: The Stronger You (which was released in January of 2023) and The Stronger You 2 (which was released in January of 2024). However, this new initiative is a series rather than a program. This means that the classes will live in the general on-demand library and be available to take a la carte. At least the first class will take place live.
Ben also has a previous series from around this time last year called “Total Body 20,” which also mixed strength and cardio for a quick full body workout.
The first class in Ben’s new Stronger You series took place on Monday, May 6 at 6:30am ET and is now available in the on-demand library for all members to take. Be on the lookout for the five remaining classes to appear on the upcoming schedule over the next few weeks!
