Peloton quietly dropped 3 brand new programs, and one dubbed program, at the end of the week.
The main new program released was the “7 Days To Better Sleep” program. However, in a first for Peloton, 3 unique versions of this program were released – one in English, one in Spanish, and one in German. While Peloton has recently released a few programs with both a German and an English version at the same time, this is is the first time Peloton has ever released a single program across all their currently available languages at once.
The English language version of the “7 Days to Better Sleep” program is taught by Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts. The Spanish version is led by Mariana Fernandez, while the German version is led by Nico Sarani.

All 3 versions are one week long sleep meditations programs – with a single class for each day of the week. The program “focuses on deep rest and letting go of the outside world” with a goal to help people get a better night’s sleep.
Continuing a trend with some of Peloton’s other recent program releases, the individual classes are also being released to the regular on-demand library as well. However, rather than releasing them all at once, they are only being released one per day.
As always, you can find full details, class lists, and information about the programs on our programs page. Or, you can find the specific pages for each program below:
- 7 Days To Better Sleep with Chelsea Jackson Roberts (English)
- 7 Days To Better Sleep with Mariana Fernandez (Spanish)
- 7 Days To Better Sleep with Nico Sarani (German)
In addition to these brand new programs, Peloton has also released another dubbed version of a previous program. There is now a German-language version of the “Set the Barre” program, which is led by Ally Love & Hannah Corbin.

Like other dubbed programs, you’ll still see video of Ally Love & Hannah Corbin, and hear the original playlist. However, instead of hearing Hannah or Ally, you’ll hear a native German speaker giving the instructions instead.
You can find details and class list for the German language “Set the Barre” program here.
