Peloton has created a new “7 Days to Better Sleep” program, taught by Chelsea Jackson Roberts.

This is a one-week long sleep meditation program, with a focus on deep rest.

There is also a Spanish language version with Mariana Fernandez and a German language version with Nico Sarani.

These classes are also being released individually to the regular on-demand program as well, one day at a time.

Here is the official description for “7 Days to Better Sleep” from Peloton: “Join Chelsea for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on deep rest and letting go of the outside world. All you need is 10 minutes per day to begin to settle into a better night’s sleep!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.

How to join the Peloton 7 Days to Better Sleep program with Chelsea Jackson Roberts in English

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the 7 Days to Better Sleep program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
