“Set The Barre” Program with Ally Love & Hannah Corbin on Peloton

This morning, Peloton has launched their newest training program. Peloton’s “Set The Barre” program is a 4-week barre program led by Hannah Corbin & Ally Love.

Peloton teased this program was coming earlier this week.

The program consists of 3 classes each week (with Week 1 having a fourth warm up class to start things off). The program also contains three different two for one classes. Week 1 ends with a 30 min two for one barre and starts with a two for one warmup, and Week 4 ends with a 60 min two for one barre (from both Hannah & Ally).

Here is the official description for “Set the Barre” from Peloton: “Join Ally and Hannah for this low impact, high intensity 4-week barre program. Increase your reps and weight as the weeks progress to reach your full potential in these rhythm-based classes!”

Peloton’s “Set the Barre” Program Badges with Ally Love & Hannah Corbin

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 7 classes, Silver badge for completing 9 classes, Gold badge for completing 11 classes out of the total 13 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Set the Barre program, and join the program. You can find the program on the website here.

    The week 4 Day 2 20 mins Hannah F Glutes and core has been replaced, do you have the link to the new one please?

    I have completed the program and love the barre classes. I seem to be unable to click on a class and re-take it…or bookmark it for later. I don’t want to have to go through the whole 4 week program to take the hour long barre class again. Can you help me with this? Thank you
