Peloton has named Sarah Robb O’Hagan as its new Chief Content and Member Development Officer, reporting to CEO Peter Stern. She will join the company on April 1st.
She replaces Chief Content Officer Jen Cotter, who is leaving Peloton after seven years. She will remain as an advisor through mid-August to support the transition.
Robb O’Hagan will be responsible for accelerating innovation across Peloton’s content ecosystem while driving member engagement, improving outcomes, and reinforcing loyalty.
Stern praised Cotter’s contributions, saying she “has been instrumental in establishing Peloton as the leader in connected fitness” and that “her vision serving as the catalyst in building our world-class content engine, instructor team, and global community.”
Robb O’Hagan previously worked at at Nike, Gatorade, Equinox, Flywheel Sports, and been on the board of Strava.

Most recently, she served as CEO of EXOS, the human performance coaching company, where she led a transformation from a primarily brick-and-mortar service provider for professional athletes to a digitally enabled coaching platform.
Robb O’Hagan described herself as a longtime Peloton member, saying the opportunity “feels like the intersection of everything I’ve spent my career learning.”
Stern called her “a visionary leader and champion of the Member experience” and said she is “uniquely equipped to lead Peloton’s content and community as we aim to capture more of the $7 trillion global wellness market.”
The expanded title for Robb O’Hagan of Chief Content and Member Development Officer is notable compared to Cotter’s title of Chief Content Officer. The addition of “Member Development” suggests the role will carry broader responsibility for retention and engagement beyond just class production.
This is the latest in a series of leadership changes under Stern, who took over as CEO in January 2025. CFO Liz Coddington is also departing this month, with Saqib Baig stepping in as interim CFO. The company also named new Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Technology Officers last fall as well.
Update – This post originally said Robb O’Hagan worked at Strava, it has been clarified to say she served on the board of Strava.
