Peloton has released a brand new “Road to 10K” program – designed to help people train for a 10K on Peloton.
This is a 6 week program, building up to runs of an hour long. There are 4 main runs per week in this program.
Note that these classes use the new pace target feature. However, after a day or two of being locked to Tread & Tread+, these were opened up so app users could take the classes as well.
6 different coaches have collaborated to lead this program – including Olivia, Becs, Matt, Mariana, JJ and Jon.

For those looking for other distances, there are also a 5k training program, half marathon training program, and marathon training program.

Here is the official description for “Road to Your 10K” from Peloton: “Get started on the Road to Your 10K with Olivia, Becs, Matt, Mariana, JJ and Jon! Over the next 6 weeks this program will help you build endurance, speed, and confidence so you can finish your 10K strong.”
Peloton’s “Road to Your 10K” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 12 classes, Silver badge for completing 18 classes, Gold badge for completing 21 classes out of the total 24 classes.

How to join the Peloton Road to Your 10K program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Road to Your 10K program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
