“Road to Your 26.2 – Part 1” Peloton Marathon Training Program for Runners: Class List, Schedule, Overview, Badges & Description

The "Road to Your 26.2 - Part 1" (a Peloton marathon training plan & program) is the first of a 3-phase training program designed to help you run a marathon. Part 1 is 6 weeks, helping you begin to build your milage up. Note that on your long run days (Day 7), there isn't a dedicated run or class to go along with your long run. Take the warmup run noted to prep you for your long run that day. The longest run for Part 1 is 10 miles. You can find Part 2 here and Part 3 here.

Peloton's "Road to Your 26.2 Part 1" Program Description

Here is the official description for "Road to Your 26.2 Part 1" from Peloton: "Start your training with your race day in mind, resting on Day 1 of the week and using Day 7 for your long run. Over the next 6 weeks, you’ll explore light speed work and strength training as you gradually build your mileage."

It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 24 classes, Silver badge for completing 34 classes, Gold badge for completing 44 classes out of the total 48 classes.

How to join the Peloton Road to Your 26.2 Part 1 program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Road to Your 26.2 Part 1 program, and join the program.
