Peloton has permanently lowered the price of the refurbished original series Bike+, and is also running a temporary discount on the refurbished original series Bike.
The refurbished original series Bike+ is now $1,395, down from $1,995. That is a $600 reduction, and Peloton’s fine print confirms it is a permanent price drop rather than a limited-time sale.
The refurbished original series Bike, meanwhile, is temporarily $450 off, bringing it down to $695 from $1,145. Unlike the Bike+ price, the Bike discount is a limited-time offer that runs through Monday, June 8, 2026.
Both of these are available on Peloton’s site (affiliate link).

It is worth noting these prices are only available on the original series refurbished models. If you would rather buy new, the original series Bike and Bike+ are no longer sold new, so the only new options are the current Cross Training devices: the Cross Training Bike at $1,695 and the Cross Training Bike+ at $2,695 (which are discounted at various times throughout the year – as recently as yesterday). The Cross Training devices are not currently offered as refurbished options either – only the original series.
The $695 price on the refurbished original Bike is not new territory. We saw the same $695 price on the refurbished Bike during the New Year’s sale earlier this year, so this is a return to that level rather than an all-time low.
This price change and discount comes just as Peloton’s Memorial Day Summer Warm-Up sale on new hardware wraps up. For members or prospective buyers weighing the cheapest way into the Peloton ecosystem, the refurbished original models remain the lowest-cost entry point.
Peloton CEO Peter Stern has previously discussed that due to the large amount of refurbished bike inventory, they are able to use that to create lower points of entry through refurbished options. However, they do not have the same quantity of refurbished Treads to do this – but are looking into creating an even lower cost Tread.
