Peloton has released their first ever prenatal Pilates classes, taught by Anna Greenberg, and they are available on demand now.
Peloton has offered prenatal content for years, but never in this format. The existing prenatal library covers yoga, which goes back to 2019, along with rides, strength classes, and meditations that have been added since. Pilates had not been part of that lineup until now.
There are five classes in total, all released at 10:00am ET on July 20th, 2026:
- 10 min. Prenatal Basics: Core + Pelvis – Anna Greenberg
- 10 min. Prenatal Basics: Glutes + Pelvis – Anna Greenberg
- 10 min. Prenatal Pilates – Anna Greenberg
- 20 min. Prenatal Pilates – Anna Greenberg
- 30 min. Prenatal Pilates – Anna Greenberg
Peloton described the classes when announcing them:
“As Anna prepares to welcome her second child, she’s introducing Pilates to her prenatal class offerings. Meet her on the mat for sessions designed to help expecting mothers build strength, deepen core connection, and enhance alignment on the journey toward parenthood.”
You can find the classes filed under Pilates in the on-demand library, and they have also been added to Anna’s Pre & Postnatal collection, where they appear in two new sections: “Prenatal Pilates” and “Pilate Basics.”

Anna walked through the lineup in a series of Instagram stories. The three Prenatal Pilates classes, at 10, 20, and 30 minutes, are the general offerings, and she said she built them so members can progress or modify depending on where they are, noting that the classes needed to meet people at different points in their pregnancy.
The two shorter Prenatal Basics classes are more targeted. Anna said they focus on core and pelvic floor work paired with breathing, and singled out the glutes and pelvis class as being designed to help with release and stability for anyone dealing with SI joint or pubic bone discomfort, with exercises intended to help realign things and provide some relief. She added that members who are not experiencing any pain should still find them useful.
Anna also posted a question and answer video about the classes, covering what is safe, what to avoid, and what to expect. She talked about how the experience of moving through pregnancy reinforced how she thinks about movement generally:
“You’ve really got to meet yourself where you are. Progress is not linear. It’s not a straight shot forward.”
She described pregnancy as an exercise in connection and surrender, and was candid about her own experience, saying there were moments when she wondered whether she would be able to get back to where she had been, and joked that she thought she might end up only teaching meditation. Going slowly and rebuilding step by step, she said, left her feeling stronger than ever.
It is also the second time Anna has built out prenatal content for the platform. Anna announced last month that she is expecting her second child this fall, and during her first pregnancy she created a collection of prenatal yoga classes that are still available today. Those yoga classes live in the same Pre & Postnatal collection as the new Pilates ones.
Anna indicated there is more coming, telling members she has additional content on the way and asking them to send her feedback on how the classes feel. She also said her question and answer video would continue in a second part.
