Peloton’s Personalized Workout Plan Feature Now Available to All Members in U.S. & Canada on Peloton App

Peloton is officially expanding its Personalized Workout Plan feature to all members in the United States and Canada using the Peloton App.

Previously available only to a limited number of random app users through a public beta that launched this past September, the feature is now starting to become widely accessible on the Peloton app. The feature was first introduced on the Guide in 2023.

This feature appears to be somewhat of a slow rollout – those who have the feature now should see a new widget on the home page of their Peloton app.

This is not yet appearing to everyone at this time, and there doesn’t appear to be another way to access it currently besides waiting for the update on your Peloton app home screen.

Personalized Workout Plans essentially deliver a weekly workout plan based on the member’s personal preferences and past workout history. The feature is designed to help members achieve their fitness goals by creating custom schedules tailored to individual preferences and desired progress. Users can select their goals between two available options – though Peloton has previously stated more options are on the way – and the app generates a weekly schedule tailored to those objectives. The plans adjust based on completed workouts and member feedback so that they remain effective and engaging. Peloton’s blog post regarding the feature has been updated to reflect its wider availability to all U.S. and Canadian members. Note that the article does not mention app tiers, so this feature appears to be available to both App One and App+ users, in addition to All-Access members.

Did anybody else’s Personalized Workout Plan disappear last week? I don’t know if I didn’t work out enough, or if it just disappeared, not because of my schedule?
