Set the Pace with Becs and Selena, Thunder 45 Row Bootcamp, Pop Punk Power Zone, and Sculpt Flow for This Week at Peloton (June 29-July 5, 2026)

Peloton shared its featured classes for the week of June 29 through July 5, 2026.

First up this week, a new installment of the New York Road Runners’ “Set the Pace” podcast cohosted by Peloton’s Becs Gentry will drop on demand on Tuesday, June 30 at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST). This audio-only class will be 45 minutes featuring Selena Samuela discussing her experience raising her three young kids and the “challenges of returning to movement postpartum.”

Becs began cohosting “Set the Pace” in 2024. You can find the Peloton x Set the Pace classes in the designated class collection on the Tread/Tread+ or on the app. The first episode in over a year, which featured N.O.R.E, was released in May 2026.

On Wednesday, July 1, a new Thunder 45: Row Bootcamp with Adrian Williams will be available to take on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

Adrian’s signature Thunder 45 bootcamp class was first brought to the Row this time last year.

On Thursday, July 2, join the live leaderboard at 6:30 AM ET (11:30 AM BST) for a 30 minute Power Zone Pop Punk Ride with Olivia Amato.

On Saturday, July 4, Greta Dopp has a live 20 minute Sculpt Flow at 7:30 AM ET (12:30 PM BST).

There still has not been an official announcement about a 2026 Fourth of July Summer Blast strength class featuring multiple instructors. This was recently teased by Logan Aldridge. That class might be coming this week.

Greta will also be teaching a class on the bike this week with Emma Lovewell for Canada Day.

Also, Peloton’s Great Outdoor Flash Challenge begins this week on Wednesday, July 1 and runs through the end of August. Take outdoor walks or runs to get this challenge badge.
