Peloton UK showrooms temporarily closing due to lockdown – live classes & deliveries to continue

Peloton UK announced this morning that due to the UK lockdown taking place over the next month, Peloton showrooms across the UK will be temporarily closing.

All of the showrooms in England will be closing “until it is deemed safe to reopen.” However, the showroom teams will be available for special virtual consultations of the Peloton Bike+ and Bike.

Peloton clarifies that they do plan to continue deliveries, repairs, and service calls in the UK & England – and delivery people will be allowed to enter homes. However, customers may opt to choose for threshold delivery instead if they wish.

Finally, Peloton states that they will continue to produce new content with the UK & German instructors from the UK studio. While it continues to remain closed to the public, they will be allowed to continue to create new live classes during the lockdown.
