Peloton adds Breathwork / Yoga Breathing Technique Classes

Peloton quietly dropped a new type of classes to their on-demand library yesterday – a set of classes focused on Yoga Breathwork, or Yoga Breathing Techniques.

The new breathwork classes are all 10 minutes each, and are led by Aditi Shah, Anna Greenberg, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Denis Morton, Kristin McGee, and Ross Rayburn. They focus on several different types of techniques, including Brahmari, Kapalabhati, Kumbhaka, Nadi Shodhana, samavritti, Sitali, Ujjayi, and Visamavrtti.

At time of publishing, these 11 classes can be found in the Yoga category, under the “Yoga Basics” class type filter. There’s a chance they could be split into their own class type in the future.
