Peloton has created a new collection for their Outdoor Mindful Walks.
These classes, which range from 20 to 30 minutes currently, are said to be where “fitness meets meditative focus.”
The official description for the collection reads:
Get your mind and body ready in this Mindful Walk where fitness meets meditative focus. Take this time to focus on you and leave feeling powerful and at peace.

While the classes have a meditative focus, they are taught by a range of instructors: including Mariana Fernandez, Jess King, and Jon Hosking.
The current list of Peloton’s Mindful Walks (which are outdoor audio classes) include:

- Mariana Fernandez – 30 min Mindful Walk – 5/14/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Jess King – 20 min Mindful Walk – 6/18/25 @ 12:00am ET
- Jon Hosking – 30 min Mindful Walk – 7/1/25 @ 12:00am ET
Peloton is currently releasing approximately one of these classes a month.
If you enjoy these classes, you may enjoy the older “Mindful Walking Meditation” classes – which were first introduced in 2023 as one of a number of subtype of Walking Meditation classes. There are currently 4 of those classes – from Mariana Fernandez, Kirra Michel, and Denis Morton.
