Peloton appears to be having an outage impacting all classes which started around 1:00pm ET on February 21, 2024.
Some members trying to access classes are getting a message of “There is a problem loading this class”.

This is currently impacting all class types across the app, website, and some classes on hardware devices.
Peloton created an official outage at 1:15pm, stating the issue was related to the class details page, and they were investigating the issue.
Their update said that “Members were unable to join classes from Class Details page from ~1:00pm-1:15pm. Issue has been resolved, team is monitoring.”
At 1:16pm ET, and update was posted saying a fix had been implemented, and Peloton was monitoring the results.
Members have confirmed that shortly after 1:15pm ET, the issue did seem to be fixed for them, and they were once again able to view and take classes on devices like the Peloton Bike, Tread, as well as the app & website.
Those members who were impacted were unable to start classes for around 15 minutes. The issue did not impact people who had already started a class.
This post has been updated to note Peloton has rolled out a fix and the outage has now ended.
