Olivia Amato’s 4-Day Split+ Run Split Strength Training Program (Tread Bootcamps) on Peloton

Olivia Amato has a new “Split + Run” training program on Peloton.

This is a new 4-day split strength program. However, all classes in this program are Tread Bootcamp classes. This will see a strength portion kick off the class, followed by a run on the Tread to end the class.

Each day will focus on a different body area for the strength portion, followed by the run. This program is designed to be repeated over multiple weeks to track your progress over time.

This program was added as part of Peloton’s first Split+ programs created.

Here is the official description for “Split + Run” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Olivia. Build muscle and increase your aerobic capacity by targeting specific areas of the body and ending each workout in a cardio finisher. Repeat and track your progress.”

Olivia Amato’s 4-Day “Split + Run” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.

How to join Olivia Amato’s 4-Day “Split + Run” Program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Split + Run program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
