Aditi Shah announced via Instagram that she is launching a mindfulness meditation basics series. Wondering what mindfulness meditation is? Peloton defines it as “a specific practice focused on compassionate moment-to-moment presence and awareness.”
The classes are being released to the Peloton library over a four week period, so that members have a chance to practice the meditations for at least a week before advancing to the next classes in the series.

- 5 min Basics: Mindfulness – 8/13/20 @ 10:00am ET
- 10 min Basics: Breath – 8/13/20 @ 10:00am ET
- 10 min Basics: Body Scan – 8/20/20 @ 10:00am ET
