New Peloton “Jump Training” Classes, Plus New Weighted Vest Class Types & Menopause Classes

Peloton has dropped a batch of new classes today that include the debut of a brand new class type: Jump Training classes.

Peloton also released the first new weight training classes since their introduction, as well as some other “Menopause” classes. All of these classes today are part of the ongoing Peloton x Respin Health partnership.

Jump Training is entirely new to the Peloton platform. These classes focus on improving balance, power, strength and metabolism. Two of the three Jump Training classes carry the “Menopause” label, tying into the broader menopause programming, while one is a general Jump Training class with Katie Wang.

Today’s release also sees new weighted vest classes – and brings them to new modalities. Peloton first introduced weighted vest classes back in May 2025 with a small handful of walks and hikes, but hasn’t added new ones since. Today’s drop adds several new weighted vest sub-types to the platform, including Standing Core, Bodyweight Strength, and Low Impact Cardio – moving the weighted vest classes beyond just walks and hikes for the first time.

There are also a new set of “Menopause” classes released including strength, meditation, and walks and hikes. The new menopause classes are part of Peloton’s continued partnership with Halle Berry’s Respin Health platform, which first launched last October.

According to a press release, the new classes & programming was influenced by results from the P.R.E.S.S. Study – a 60-day program focused on women’s health during perimenopause and menopause.

Rebecca Kennedy shared:

“Menopause doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself or lower your expectations for your health. Our goal with this programming is to help women navigate this transition with knowledge, strength and confidence.”

Here is the full list of new classes, organized by type:

Many of the classes do not require equipment – including the Jump Training, Standing Core, Low Impact Cardio, and Meditation classes. The weighted vest walks and hikes do require a weighted vest. If you’re new to weighted vest training, check out our overview of Peloton’s weighted vest classes for tips on selecting and using a vest. Rebecca Kennedy had previously recommended this weighted vest (affiliate link) for use in classes.

These new classes can be also found in the Menopause Health Collection on the Peloton platform.
