As part of 4 new split programs released today, Peloton has created a new “Split + Run” program with Marcel Maurer, in German.
This is a 4-day split program, and in each workout, you’ll start out by doing some strength training, and finish the second half of the workout with a run on the Tread.

Here is the official description for “Split + Run (DE)” from Peloton: “Unlock your full potential with Marcel’s split training! In this 1-week program, you’ll focus specifically on different muscle groups and end each workout with a cardio finisher. Repeat and track your progress!”
Peloton’s “Split + Run with Marcel Maurer” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 2 classes, Silver badge for completing 3 classes, Gold badge for completing 4 classes out of the total 4 classes.
How to join the Peloton Split + Run (DE) program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Split + Run (DE) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
