List of Peloton Standing Core Classes & Workouts (Strength)

This week, Peloton added some brand new core strength classes to the Peloton platform – specifically, some brand new Peloton Standing Core strength classes.

These new Peloton Standing Core classes by Rebecca Kennedy are unique – in that they are the first time Peloton has actually labeled them as “Standing Core” classes. Previously, they would simply be named “Core” classes and it be up to the members to find them.

Although these newer classes, and a few older ones, now have the name “Standing Core” in them, there are a number of older classes that don’t share the name. To make it easier, we’ve made a list of all the Peloton Standing Core classes & workouts on the platform.

Peloton first started producing their standing core workouts in 2019. Every year since them they have added anywhere from 2-5 new classes a year. So if you enjoy these workouts, expect to add them to your bookmarks and take them frequently, as they unfortunately don’t add too many new ones.

If you are looking for other lists of Peloton classes & specific types of workouts, we have a number of them on this page.
