Peloton and Beyond Blue to Cohost Virtual Mental Health Panel with Joslyn Thompson Rule & More

Peloton instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule will be participating in an upcoming virtual panel on mental health.

The panel will be co-hosted by Peloton and Beyond Blue, a prominent Australian mental health organization. It will take place on Monday, March 31 from 9-10 AM BST.

The focus of this virtual panel is “Beyond the Mental Load: Understanding, Managing, and Reducing the Burden.” The theme also ties into March being Women’s History Month, as the panel will investigate understanding the mental load and why women carry it most often, plus strategies to prioritize self-care.

The panel website includes additional details:

“In this discussion, we’ll explore what the mental load is, why it affects women more, and how to implement practical strategies to lighten the burden. You’ll gain insights on setting boundaries, prioritizing well-being, and shifting the narrative around self-care. This session will provide actionable tips to help you manage stress, reclaim balance, and create a healthier mindset in your daily life.”

Joining Joslyn on the panel will be Georgie Harman, CEO of Beyond Blue, and Zenatalla Ibrahim, mental health advocate.
