Peloton instructors Robin Arzón and Jess King will be featured at two events in New York City in the coming weeks.
First, Robin will appear at an outdoor 5K run event on Thursday, June 6 in Brooklyn, New York. The event is being held in partnership with Jarrow Formulas, a vitamin and supplement brand. Robin announced a partnership with the company earlier this month, and she is now serving as a brand ambassador.
The event is called “The Superior Starts 5K” and will take place at the Barclays Center Plaza at 7:15am ET (though note that check-in opens at 6:30am ET). The official description reads:
The first step to any superior pursuit? Starting. It doesn’t matter how fast or small that first step is, because good choices feed off each other. One good habit leads to the next, and that to the next, and so on until you’ve created the life you’ve been after.
Join leading vitamin and supplement brand, Jarrow Formulas® , in Brooklyn on June 6, 2024, for the community Superior Starts 5k Run/Walk. Jarrow Formulas has tapped Head Peloton™ Instructor and health and fitness powerhouse, Robin Arzón, to host the event as its newest brand ambassador. The event is also backed by the venerable Bridgerunners, DeFine, Girls Run NYC, Goldfinger and TeamWRK run clubs.
The event is intended for individuals of all running levels, from beginner to expert. After the run the group will convene at the Whole Foods Brooklyn (214 3rd St, Brooklyn) for light refreshments.
The event is free to attend, but it is recommended to register in advance via the website.
Next, Jess King is slated to be a DJ at a Pride event in New York City on Saturday, June 29. Jess shared the news via Instagram:

The event is called “Pride Disco” and will feature Jess alongside Trixie Mattel and Amanda Lepore. The event will take place in Central Park at the Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage beginning at 5:30pm ET.
Note that this is a ticketed event and tickets must be purchased in advance via Ticketmaster. There are options for standing room as well seated bleachers.
Jess first shared that she was adding DJing to her portfolio in 2023, and has appeared at numerous gigs since her debut.
