It appears that Jennifer Jacobs may be teasing a return to Peloton.

Her caption reads “Don’t Stop Believing” – the type of song she was known for playing in her Peloton classes.

While she doesn’t explicitly name Peloton, in the background of the video is a bike that looks similar to a Peloton bike – but without any branding visible.

She has also recently been sharing stories reminiscing about her time at Peloton, and sharing that members have been asking her to come back.

Jennifer Jacobs first joined Peloton more than a decade ago in 2015 – but left Peloton in 2019. Since then, has been teaching at various other fitness companies, including BODi and Job 1.

This would be the first new hire for Peloton since Ross Rayburn, Kendall Toole, and Kristin McGee all left last summer during contract negotiations, and Tobias Heinze left shortly after.

Peloton has featured some guest instructors such as Adriell “Dre” Mayes teaching a Kettlbell program and Shayla Oulette Stonechild teaching a yoga series with Chelsea Jackson Roberts. Jacobs’ post made it sound like whatever company she was rejoining would be more full time than a guest spot, but that wasn’t explicitly clarified at this point.

Would you be excited to see Jennifer Jacobs back at Peloton?

No, I wouldn’t. While I enjoyed her classes, what Peloton desperately needs right now is a complete instructor overhaul. New faces, with different personalities and styles. No matter how good you are, at some point we all need a change.
