Peloton and HYROX are teaming up again for a second “Power-Up” pre-race event, this time in Washington, D.C. The Power-Up DC will take place on Friday, March 6th at the Capital Hilton Hotel, ahead of the HYROX Americas Regional Championships in Washington.
Peloton instructor Andy Speer will lead the event, which is designed to prepare athletes’ bodies and minds ahead of race day. You can find the event website with registration here.
The event will feature a 30-minute full body mobility class led by Andy Speer, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session with coaching tips and race-day strategies, and then a post-workout mix and mingle with grab-and-go bites. Attendees will also receive a complimentary gift bag from Peloton and Hilton.
There are two sessions available:
Session 1: 3:00pm – 4:45pm (check-in at 2:15pm)
Session 2: 5:15pm – 7:00pm (check-in at 4:30pm)
Attendees may only register for one session. The event is free to attend, open to anyone 18 or older, and does not require a Peloton membership. Spots are limited and first come, first served.

This is the second Power-Up event from the Peloton x HYROX partnership. The first took place in Dallas last November, where Robin Arzón, Andy Speer, and Adrian Williams appeared ahead of the HYROX Dallas weekend.
That event featured a slightly different format with a 20-minute mobility class, a 2-mile shakeout run, and coaching tips. The D.C. edition swaps out the run for a longer Q&A session.
The timing of the Power-Up DC also lines up with the launch of Peloton’s 12-week HYROX Training Program, which is set to debut on Friday, February 27th. That program includes threshold runs, strength classes, bootcamps, row classes, guided station work, and meditations, with classes taught by Andy Speer, Robin Arzón, Logan Aldridge, Adrian Williams, Alex Karwoski, Ash Pryor, and Chelsea Jackson Roberts.
The Power-Up events are part of the broader Peloton x HYROX partnership that was first announced last summer, when Peloton became HYROX’s “Official Digital Training Partner.” Since then, Peloton has rolled out branded HYROX Training Tread Bootcamp classes, Logan Aldridge’s HYROX Power 60 strength series, and the Peloton x HYROX Collection of curated classes.
If you’re in the area and want to attend the Power-Up (you don’t have to be registered for the Hyrox race to do this event), head to the event website to register. Spots are expected to fill quickly.
