Hannah Corbin & Ally Love Teaching New Peloton Pilates Classes

Peloton members are about to have some more Pilates variety. There will be new Pilates classes from both Hannah Corbin and Ally Love, after multiple years away from the format.

Peloton initially shared the news via the weekly “This Week At Peloton” Instagram post earlier today, with a slide that read: “New Pilates with Hannah Corbin & Ally Love.”

As the post said, the first class from Hannah was added to the on-demand library this morning.

However, that slide was later removed from the post and the class has been temporarily removed from the on-demand library.

The class description for Hannah’s class read:

“This 10-minute mat Pilates class increases core strength, flexibility and body awareness. Focus on one core principle that will leave you feeling aligned and energized.”

The class is expected to be added back to the library shortly. The post originally said that Ally Love’s new Pilates class would be added to the on-demand library tomorrow (Tuesday) – however, given the post was removed, the exact timing of that release may be slightly shifting.

Hannah Corbin currently has only 4 Pilates classes available in the Peloton library, all from 2020.

Ally Love has only 5 Pilates classes, all from 2021.

Both instructors have not taught new Pilates classes in over 4 years, so this is a return to the format for both.

The pattern looks similar to what we saw with Emma Lovewell’s return to Pilates last May, when she rejoined the regular Pilates coaching team after a gap of nearly 4 years. Like Hannah and Ally, Emma had originally been one of the early Pilates instructors back in 2020 and 2021 before stepping away from the format, and is now teaching it regularly again.

The expanding Pilates roster fits with Peloton’s broader push around Pilates this year. Earlier this year, Peloton made several changes to give Pilates more visibility on the platform, including elevating it to its own top-level filter & tab bar.

It is currently unclear how often Hannah and Ally will be teaching Pilates classes going forward, and whether they will have classes on the live schedule, since this initial reveal only included on-demand content.
