Frühlings-Fit Challenge

Flash Challenge for Peloton’s All-German ‘Frühlings-Fit’ Live Training Plan (German Spring Cross Training)

Peloton has a flash challenge to coincide with their first-ever live training plan featuring all German-language instructors.

The program is called “Frühlings-Fit” (which translates to “Spring Fit” in English), and runs for three weeks of workouts on the Bike or Tread plus strength work on the mat. The challenge is called the Frühlings-Fit CHallenge.

Members can opt into the challenge now on their hardware devices, digital app, or via web browser. The official description reads:

“Make the most of the season of fresh starts with Frühlings-Fit: our first LIVE Training Plan featuring all German instructors! Over 3 weeks of workouts on the Bike or Tread, and mat, you’ll build strength, boost stamina, and earn a badge to be proud of.”

There is only one badge level available: gold will be awarded to those who complete 16 workouts. The challenge runs through May 17, which gives members a few days after the last class drops on Friday, May 15 to finish out their stack.

Classes for the program are being added to the dedicated Frühlings-Fit Collection on the Peloton app as they drop.

This is the German-language counterpart to the Live Spring Cross Training challenge, which similarly mixed targeted strength sessions with cardio choices on the Bike, Tread, or Row.

Will you be opting into the Frühlings-Fit challenge?
