Peloton has announced a new flash challenge in honor of their upcoming Live Cross Training program, as well as laid out what each week will look like.
In case you missed it, last month we shared that Peloton had teased a new Live Cross Training – meaning classes from multiple modalities – program on the way. The program is starting on Monday, April 13.
Update – You can see the full details, and class list, for the 2026 Live Spring Cross training plan here.
In preparation, Peloton has created a Live Spring Cross Training Challenge, which members can now opt into on their hardware devices, digital app, or web browser. The official description reads:
Head into warmer weather feeling your strongest with 4 weeks of cross-training, LIVE or on demand 5 days a week, starting April 13. Challenge yourself to build speed and strength – and earn a special badge along the way.

There is only one badge level available: gold will be awarded to those who complete 18 workouts.
Peloton also recently provided more insight into what exactly the Live Spring Cross Training Plan will entail, writing:
Count down to warmer weather in our 4-week ⚡LIVE⚡ Spring Cross-Training Plan. You’ll mix it up with targeted Strength sessions and your choice of cardio on the Bike, Tread, or Row to come away stronger, faster, and with a special badge.
The post includes a graphic of what the weekly schedule will entail. Each week, there will be a strength class on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. Then, on Tuesday & Friday, members will be able to choose from their choice of cardio classes – each day there will be a ride, run, and row to pick from.

The classes will take place live at 6:30am ET each day (except for Wednesdays, when there are no live classes) – but taking the class on-demand later will count as credit towards the challenge.
The plan is listed below:
- Monday: Strength – Katie Wang – 6:30am ET
- Tuesday: Ride – Ally Love – 6:30am ET; or Run – Andy Speer – 6:30am ET; or Row – Alex Karwoski – 6:30am ET
- Wednesday: Core Strength – Emma Lovewell – 6:30am ET [Encore]
- Thursday: Strength – Katie Wang – 6:30am ET
- Friday: Ride – Ally Love – 6:30am ET; or Run – Andy Speer – 6:30am ET; or Row – Alex Karwoski – 6:30am ET
In a later post, Peloton confirmed that this program is designed as a structured progression each week. They also said that beginners shouldn’t be scared away from the program as there will be “ways you can build up to it” – and the plan is to progress each week.

The cardio classes are expected to be more interval based each week, focusing on the 30 to 90 second range of intervals – in an effort to work towards higher heart rates & VO2 max, along with speed & cadence work. The strength classes are said to be a combination of athletic movement, power work, rotation, stability, as well as some hypertrophy work.

Good thing that on demand classes count. The live time is not user friendly to the West Coast! I love you Peloton but I am not working out at 3:30 am unless I stay up that late.
Anyone else notice big lags in the classes posting. I still don’t see W2D4!
