Peloton is running a promotion where they are including free expert assembly on purchases of new devices.
This offer is not globally available, and is only being offered to some people who visit the website.
Those who are targeted will see a banner at the top of the website, saying “Limited time: Get free expert assembly with eligible equipment purchases (up to $299 value).”
Peloton began adding expert assembly fees last fall. While delivery is still free, the cost for assembly now ranges from $150 on most devices, to $299 on the Peloton Tread+. Most devices besides the Tread+ do give the option for self assembly – while the Tread+ expert assembly fee is required.
This promotion is allowing users to get the expert assembly included for free.
No discount code is required – the free self assembly will show up automatically in the shopping cart for those who are targetted.
This offer is available until January 31st.
Peloton also has a separate offer where they are waiving the $95 activation fee on used devices.
