New Peloton “Extra Steps” and “% Hike” Walking Classes Released

Peloton has added a few new classes to both its “Extra Steps” and “% Hike” walking series this week.

Starting with % Hikes, two new classes were released on Monday, May 18, 2026:

The % Hike classes have you walk at a fixed incline for the duration of the class, with the percentage in the title indicating the incline level. The format launched last year, and Peloton has added a handful of new ones most months since. The two new classes have not yet been added to the % Hike collection as of publishing, but should appear there soon.

Peloton also added a couple of new “Extra Steps Walk” classes on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. They include:

You can find all of the Extra Steps classes in the Extra Steps collection here.

Extra Steps classes are short, approachable walking classes designed to help members hit their daily step goals, with each class title including an approximate step count so you know what you are getting before you start. This format first launched in March 2025. We last covered the previous batch of new Extra Steps classes back in April.

Extra Steps classes have been released more infrequently than % Hikes so far.

Will you be adding any of these new walking classes to your stack?
