Peloton has released Week 5 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Balancing Postures” program, led by Denis Morton.
Denis Morton’s Balancing Postures program on Peloton is described as:
Learn how to build the structure to set you up to balance on one leg in Week 5 with Denis.
One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.
Below, you can find a full class list in Denis’s Peloton Balancing Postures yoga program.
