Another one of Peloton’s strength programs has been dubbed into German.
This month saw Callie Gullickson’s 3-day split strength program – which is an intermediate level program – have a German version created.
The program uses the same exact videos as the original English-language program – but Callie’s voice has been swapped for someone speaking German.

The program was originally released in 2022 as one of the first split strength training programs for the Guide. Below, you will find full details & information about the new dubbed version in German.

Here is the official description for “Callie’s 3 Day Int. Split (DE)” from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Callie! Increase strength & build muscle in this 1-week program by using heavier weight and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

How to join the Peloton Callie Gullickson’s 3-Day Intermediate Split (DE) in German program
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Callie’s 3 Day Int. Split (DE) program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule. As a reference, you can also find the list of classes in the program below – where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it whenever you want.
