Peloton has now released their first set of split training strength programs for the Peloton Guide.
Callie Gullickson has one of these first new strength training programs, and will be teaching 3 classes during the week. They are each between 30 & 45 minutes. This is marked as an intermediate-level training program.
All of these split strength programs are 1 week programs, with each program led by one instructor. They are of various lengths, from 3-5 workouts. Each of them are designed so that you can repeat the programs over and over to track your progress and improvement. There are also badges you can earn by taking the classes as part of the program. The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. Note two things about the programs. One: these new programs are designed to be exclusive to the Peloton Guide for about 7 weeks. Also, the classes are "locked" and only available as you work your way through the program. However, whether or not you have the Guide or have started the program, you can click any class name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it now if you want. However, you won't earn the badge this way.
