Assal Arian’s Beginner 5 Day Split Strength Training Program in German on Peloton

Peloton is continuing to grow their one week split strength training program with the addition of two new programs today – both in German.

Assal Arian has a brand new 5 day beginner-level split strength training program, that is designed to be repeated and retaken over time to track your progress. Unlike some of the recent German additions, this is a native language German program & classes.

Below, you’ll find full details about the program, and a list of classes you can expect to take.

Peloton’s “Assal’s Beginner 5 Day Split” Program Description

Here is the official description for “Assal’s Beginner 5 Day Split” from Peloton: “Maximize your workout with this beginner split training with Assal! In this 1-week program you will learn the most common strength movements and train your strength and technique. Repeat and track your progress!”

Peloton’s “Assal’s Beginner 5 Day Split” Strength Training Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 3 classes, Silver badge for completing 4 classes, Gold badge for completing 5 classes out of the total 5 classes.

How to join the Peloton Assal’s Beginner 5 Day Split Strength Training program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Assal’s Beginner 5 Day Split program, and join the program. You can find it here on the Peloton website.

Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program.
