Peloton has released Week 7 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Arm Balances” program, led by Kirra Michel.
Kirra Michel’s Arm Balances program on Peloton is described as:
Join Kirra in week 7, where we’ll break down the component parts to get you into arm balances.
One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Kirra Michel’s Arm Balances” Program
Day 1 – In this 30 minute class, Kirra introduces the foundations of arm balancing postures.
Day 2 – In this 30 minute class, Kirra focuses on the skills required for practicing side crow and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I.
Day 3 – In this 30 minute class, Kirra focuses on the skills required for practicing Eka Pada Koundinyasana II.
Day 4 – In this 30 minute class, Kirra focuses on the skills required for practicing flying pigeon and grasshopper pose.
Day 5 – In this 30 minute class, Kirra focuses on the skills required for eight angle and elephant pose..
