Peloton instructor Ally Love is joining the Today Show as a contributor. She co-shared the news via Instagram along with the official Today Show account:
We are SO excited to welcome @allymisslove to TODAY as a contributor! The popular @peloton instructor will share her top health, fitness, mindfulness, and motivation tips to help you “Love Your Mornings!”
Please give a warm welcome to the newest member of the TODAY fam! 💞
She took to her Instagram stories later in the day to assure Peloton members that this news does not mean she is leaving Peloton. She specifically said she’ll be teaching the same number of classes as she has been. Ally also shared she expects she’ll be on air for the Today Show around 2 – 3 times a month.
According to the Today Show, “In her new role, Love will produce content based on three main topics: mind (mental well-being), matter (physical well-being) and meaning (finding your purpose).”
Ally joined the Today Show for her first official day as a contributor on May 23. Her first segment was called “Love Your Mornings,” during which she shared her signature morning routine.
Ally rotated between three stations that marked important parts of how she starts each day: matcha, post-it notes filled with positive quotes, and mindfulness.
Ally also joined Hoda & Jenna in the following hour. The segment included an introduction video in which several Peloton members – all belonging to Ally’s Love Squad group – were interviewed about how Ally has impacted their lives.
Ally is the second Peloton instructor in recent weeks to join a national morning show as a contributor. Jess Sims announced at the end of April that she would become a contributor at Good Morning America.
You can find all the details regarding Ally’s announcement with the Today Show via the Today website.
Congratulations to Ally!
