Adrian Williams’ Advanced 5 Day Split Strength Program (in German)

Peloton has dubbed another one of their programs into German.

Adrian William’s 5-Day Split strength program (which is an advanced program) is now available as a German language program.

This uses the same videos as the original program in English – but his voice has been dubbed over with a German speaker.

The program was originally released in 2022 as one of the first split strength training programs for the Guide. Below, you will find full details & information about the new dubbed version in German.

Here is the official description for “Adrian Williams’ 5 Day Adv Split (DE)” in German from Peloton: “Maximize your workouts by Split training with Adrian! Increase strength & build muscle in this 1-week program by using heavier weight and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

How to join the Adrian Williams 5 Day Advanced Split (DE)” in German program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Adrian’s 5 Day Advanced Split (DE) program, and join the program.
