Peloton has launched a new “Let Yourself Run” advertising campaign starring Miley Cyrus, who is now going by Miley, while also confirming that a new Miley Artist Series is coming to the platform in early October.
The campaign is a continuation of Peloton’s “Let Yourself Go” brand platform and is being used to introduce the new Peloton Tread Flex, the company’s first folding treadmill that was announced earlier today.
The full campaign is built around Miley’s new single “Bass Persuades” which comes from Miley’s recently released tenth studio album, also called Bass Persuades.
Peloton’s main 60 second commercial begins with Miley walking into a studio before the Tread Flex unfolds in front of her.
From there, the video cuts between Miley running on the Tread Flex and dancing around the studio while “Bass Persuades” plays and Miley sings.
The commercial ends with the text Let Yourself Go, Let Yourself Dance, Let Yourself Run.
You can watch the full commercial here, or embedded below.
Peloton says Miley is already a Peloton Member and regularly uses the Tread.
Miley said in the announcement:
“Movement is essential for me, it’s something that enhances any performance that I do. When people see me and Peloton, it’s something that’s very authentic to me, it’s a part of my daily practice. I think all of us can really benefit from running, moving, and dancing – for no reason, for no gain but just being in that moment.”
“Let Yourself Run” builds on the broader “Let Yourself Go” advertising platform Peloton introduced earlier this year.
One of the first major campaigns under that banner starred Heated Rivalry actor Hudson Williams, with Adrian Williams and Tunde Oyeneyin appearing alongside him as the commercial highlighted cross-training on the Tread+.
The new Miley campaign shifts the focus specifically toward running, walking, and hiking and arrives alongside Peloton’s larger 2026 Tread announcement, which revealed three new treadmills along with several new running features.
Peloton Chief Marketing Officer Megan Imbres said the company is trying to move its marketing away from what she described as “high-pressure optimization and data obsession” and instead focus more on what movement feels like and what the body can do.
The campaign launches September 22 across the United States and Canada, with the main 60 second commercial joined by shorter versions across television, streaming video, digital advertising, social media, and digital out-of-home advertising.

The collaboration will extend beyond the advertising campaign.
Peloton also confirmed that a new Miley Artist Series will launch in early October and feature music from the Bass Persuades album.
No instructors, class types, or exact date have been announced yet.
This will not be Miley’s first Peloton Artist Series.
Her first Peloton Artist Series took place in January 2021, with Ride, Run, Strength, and Yoga classes taught by Jess King, Rebecca Kennedy, Matty Maggiacomo, and Aditi Shah.
She later returned as part of Peloton’s Outdoor Artist Series Reloaded in 2023.
We reported yesterday on a teaser video appearing to show Miley.
We’ll share the full schedule for the new Miley Artist Series once Peloton announces the classes.
