Rapper Gunna will join Marcel Dinkins in the studio for a special Hip Hop Run on Monday, September 14.
Peloton Studios announced the class through Instagram Stories, writing:
“Run with Gunna. Join Marcel D. and rapper, songwriter and fitness enthusiast, Gunna, for a special 30 min Hip Hop Run.”
The 30 minute Hip Hop Run with Gunna and Marcel Dinkins will take place live at 5:30pm ET.
The class is being promoted as a special Hip Hop Run rather than a Gunna Artist Series. Peloton has not shared exactly what Gunna’s role will be during the workout, such as whether he will run alongside Marcel for the full class or make a different type of in-studio appearance.
Gunna launched his Wunna Run Club in 2025, starting with a 5K in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park. The run club has since held events in Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, and South Africa, with Gunna inviting fans to run alongside him as part of their own health and wellness journeys.

Gunna has explained that he first took up running as something to do to get his mind off everything else, before it grew into a larger fitness routine. He now combines running with core work, strength training, and boxing, and has said the discipline has also helped him perform longer and with more energy on stage.
He is also looking beyond 5Ks. Gunna has discussed potentially tackling longer distances and has floated the idea of a full marathon event he calls the “Wunnathon.”
The class also comes shortly after Peloton celebrated Marcel’s five year anniversary as an instructor. Peloton launched a “Marcel D’s Greatest Hits” collection earlier this month featuring 50 classes from throughout her first five years, including a dedicated section of her Trap Walks & Runs.
Musical guests have also continued to make appearances in Peloton’s studios outside of traditional Artist Series. Just last week, German singer Vanessa Mai joined two Schlager Week classes at Peloton Studios London, appearing with Jeffrey McEachern for a run and Benny Adami for a ride.
Gunna’s appearance will be limited to one announced class for now.
