Peloton is teasing something called “Do Hard Things” with Jess Sims that will launch Monday, September 21.
Peloton shared the first teaser on Instagram, writing:
“everything is hard. choose your hard. then choose it again & again.
see ya 9.21 😈”
The post includes a video of Jess talking about how people are built to do hard things, and describing doing hard things as a transferable skill that carries over into other parts of life.
It ends with a title card reading “Do Hard Things. 9.21.”

Peloton has not publicly shared the full schedule, length, or structure for what “Do Hard Things” is – though the most likely candidate is that this is a program.
The Jess Sims “Do Hard Things” program also could be a live program format, which Peloton has begun to use recently. Boost Your Base: Power Zones, for example, released on-demand workouts during the week before a live class each Saturday, while Discover Kettlebells combined on-demand instructional classes with scheduled live workouts.
However, Peloton has yet to confirm the specifics for “Do Hard Things.” With it being Jess Sims, it does seem a safe bet that at least some of the classes would be Tread Bootcamp classes.
More details about the schedule, length, and complete mix of classes should be revealed ahead of the September 21 launch.
