The series has six classes, spanning cycling, running, rowing, Pilates, and strength. Three of them drop straight into the on-demand library at 12:00am ET, while the other three are scheduled through the day. Two are German language classes.

This is *NSYNC’s second time as a featured artist. The first ran on November 18, 2022, and it put the first rowing class into an artist series, taught by Alex Karwoski before live rowing had even started. Cody Rigsby had the ride that day too, making him the only instructor repeating from the 2022 lineup.
