Peloton’s newest program is “The Progressive Method, which is being led by Marcel Dinkins. This is the first program she has led.
The program is 4 weeks long, and guides runners up to a 75 min progression run. The class has a combination of Tread classes, as well as outdoor audio classes (which can also be taken on the Tread).
In a post announcing the new program, Peloton said:
“Over 4 weeks, you’ll improve your running skills through Tread & Outdoor classes, with new tools and techniques designed to help improve your running ability.”

Marcel talked about the program by saying that nobody starts their running journey with speed & endurance – that gets built over time. She said her new program blends both the psychology of music & movement together. In addition to increasing speed & distance over time, you would be unlocking new music with Marcel to drive your progression both on & off the Tread. She says you will “experience what it’s like to have music drive your progress.”

How to join the Marcel Dinkins’ The Progressive Method program on Peloton
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the The Progressive Method program, and join the program.
